Susie Wall And The Art Of Aging Well

14 Years Of 360° Treatment Planning

Susie Wall has been a patient in our practice since 2012. Over the past 14 years, her approach has remained remarkably consistent. She is the definition of a skin-first, light-touch patient, and someone who prioritizes long-term skin health over short-term correction.

From the beginning, Susie has been thoughtful and measured in her decisions. She is pain averse, prefers subtlety, and is deeply committed to a step-wise approach. Because of her front-facing work in television and on red carpets, maintaining her expressiveness while still looking youthful has always been a priority. Rather than seeking transformation, she is focused on preservation. Her goal has never been to look different, but to maintain clear, healthy skin and a natural, well-rested appearance over time.

This philosophy shapes every aspect of her care. We see Susie approximately every two months for ongoing skin assessments, allowing us to adjust her plan thoughtfully and proactively as her skin evolves.

Susie’s Long-Term Plan

Susie’s treatment plan reflects what we describe as a 360° approach, one that holds her at the very centre, keeps her long term goals in sight, and integrates skincare, in-clinic treatments, collagen support, and muscle support over time.

At the foundation of Susie’s personal plan is consistent, evidence-based skincare. She currently uses a regimen from SkinMedica, including TNS Essential Serum, HA5 Rejuvenating Hydrator, and Dermal Repair Cream, with the recent addition of P-TIOX from SkinCeuticals to support radiance and overall skin quality.

In the clinic, her treatments are intentionally conservative and spaced appropriately. Her plan includes:

  • Skin quality treatments such as intense pulsed light, microneedling, and Clear + Brilliant, rotated throughout the year
  • Tixel Eyes to support skin tightening and rejuvenation around the eyes
  • Skin hydration with Skinvive twice annually
  • Very conservative neuromodulator using Nuceiva, focused on the forehead, frown lines, and around the eyes
  • Emface to support facial muscle tone and structure

Notably, in the interval between the images we are sharing, Susie had only a single Clear + Brilliant treatment and a conservative neuromodulator treatment. This is an important point. Her results are not the outcome of aggressive or high-frequency interventions, but of consistency, restraint, and time.

Before & After: What Changed Over 14 Years

Before

In Susie’s earlier image, we see the natural early signs of aging that develop over time:

  • Subtle fine lines with facial movement
  • Mild uneven tone and texture
  • Skin that isn’t optimally reflective

There is nothing dramatic, but these are the quiet, cumulative changes that many patients begin to notice in their 30s and 40s.

After

What is most striking is not a dramatic transformation, but the absence of one. Susie looks like herself, just with healthier, more refined skin.

  • Overall skin quality and radiance are improved
  • Skin tone is smoother
  • Dynamic lines, particularly in the upper face, are softened
  • Her facial structure is preserved without looking treated

In the three-quarter view in particular, the skin appears brighter, the lines are softer, and the result is exceptionally natural.

Susie’s journey is a reflection of what is possible with a long-term, thoughtful approach to care. This is not about doing more. It is about doing the right things, at the right time, in a way that respects both the biology of the skin and the preferences of the patient.

Her results highlight an important principle: aging well is less about correction and more about maintenance. When we support the skin consistently, protect it, stimulate collagen gradually, and intervene conservatively, we can preserve skin quality in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

Susie often says she is in it for the long game, and that is exactly what her results reflect.
